As the owner, my journey into the world of nurturing young minds began in my early teens as the neighborhood babysitter. This early immersion in childcare ignited a lifelong passion for education and behavior support—a commitment I have fostered through years of dedicated learning and practice.Owner BiographyAllow me to share a bit about my background and credentials, not just to earn your trust, but to assure you that your child's well-being is in experienced hands. With a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University and a Master of Arts in Education focusing on Learning and Behavior Disorders from Georgetown College, my academic journey has been deeply rooted in understanding and enhancing educational experiences.In addition to my educational accomplishments, I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This certification speaks volumes of my dedication to applying evidence-based practices in behavior management, ensuring a supportive environment for every child. My credentials extend to a Florida Teaching Certificate, covering ESE K-12, Elementary Education K-6, and a Reading Endorsement, reflecting my comprehensive understanding of educational needs across various stages of development. I am also well-versed in American Sign Language, having completed Level 1 and 2 courses at the Kentucky School for the Deaf, which enhances my ability to communicate and connect with a wider range of children.

Experience in EducationMy professional journey has been varied and enriching. From serving as a Registered Behavior Technician in Stuart and Broward County, to my roles as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Broward County, FL, I have been at the forefront of providing behavior support in educational settings. Prior to these roles, as an ESE Teacher in the Martin County School District and a Special Education Teacher in Winchester, KY, I honed my skills in creating nurturing learning environments that cater to each child's unique needs.Passion for EducationAt the heart of my work is a relentless passion for education and a firm belief in supporting families as they navigate behavior challenges.
