Meet The Mother Fox

Hi, I’m Alaina Fox—a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, a baker with a soft spot for sourdough, and the founder of The Mother Fox.This little business started as a way to merge everything I love: supporting families, sharing homemade food, and offering care that’s grounded in both compassion and evidence. I’ve worked with children and families for over a decade, helping navigate behavior challenges and build stronger, more connected relationships. Along the way, I learned something important—support doesn’t have to be clinical or cold. It can be warm, creative, and feel like home. That’s what The Mother Fox is all about. Here, I offer a mix of baked goods, behavior support, and part-time childcare—all from a place of intentionality, kindness, and practical skill. My kitchen may be home-based, but everything I do is done with professionalism and heart. I believe families deserve resources that are approachable, effective, and made with care.Whether you're picking up a protein loaf, seeking guidance on a tough parenting moment, or looking for a nurturing childcare option, I’m here—offering support that blends structure and softness, science and soul. Thanks for being here. I truly hope The Mother Fox feels like a space where you’re seen, supported, and nourished in every way.
